Hole-in-one! Andrew Rumbelow!

Congratulations to Andrew!
It was the morning of January 4th, first round for 2025 and on the 7th hole a light zephyr of about 10kmh was blowing from the north. Facing downhill and 143 metres to the pin, Andrew took a nine iron to hit it high and slightly left of centre. One bounce and it started to track towards the hole left to right and dropped in.
Watching this was the group ahead on the 8th tee and the group behind on the 6th green and the early birds teeing off on the 12th. Quite a crowd to witness Andrew’s first hole in one after 35 years of golf.
